The eagerly anticipated period crime thriller ‘Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhakku’, directed by Dayal Padmanabhan and starring Vetri, has revealed its characters, exciting fans and film enthusiasts. The film’s shooting is complete, with postproduction in its final stages, and a character introduction visual has been released, offering a captivating glimpse into its intense world. Actor Vijay Sethupathi unveiled the video clip.
In the movie, Vetri from ‘Jiivi’ portrays Arivumathi, while Rangaraj Pandey takes on the role of Sivanandham. Brigida stars as Mallika, Saravanan as Sargunam, and Maaran as Murthi, supported by a talented cast. The film, extensively shot in and around Chennai, is now in the last phase of post-production.
Notably, acclaimed filmmaker Vetrimaran launched the film’s first look, praising the team’s dedication and sincerity after previewing select visuals. ‘Lakshmikanthan Kolai Vazhkku’, produced by K.V. Sabareesh under 2M Cinemas and co-produced by Dayal Padmanabhan under D Pictures, is helmed by director Dayal Padmanabhan.
