In a tragic incident in Sehore district, Madhya Pradesh, a man reportedly murdered his nephew and niece due to a land dispute. The accused, identified as Harisingh Malviya, allegedly killed Sheetal (20) and Kuldeep (19), the children of his younger brother Jagdeesh Malviya. The family had an ongoing dispute over ancestral property, leading to this violent confrontation.

The victims, Sheetal and Kuldeep, were on their way to an exam center when they were attacked by their uncle with a stick, causing fatal injuries. Despite being rushed to the hospital in critical condition, the siblings could not be saved and were declared dead after a medical examination. Enraged by the brutal killings, family members protested at Astha Civil Hospital, where the bodies were taken for post-mortem examination.

Following the incident, the accused, Harish Malviya, fled the scene, prompting a search operation by the police. Additional Superintendent of Police Sunita Rawat mentioned that multiple teams are conducting raids in forests and suspected hideouts to apprehend the perpetrator. The police have registered a case and are actively pursuing the accused to ensure justice is served.

Family members expressed their anguish over the tragic loss, blaming the Siddiqganj police station for not addressing their previous complaints. Amid the tense situation in the village, authorities have deployed extra police personnel to maintain peace and prevent any further disturbances. The investigation is ongoing, with efforts focused on capturing the fugitive uncle, Harish Malviya, to bring him to justice.
