Actress Manushi Chhillar recently reminisced about her 2016, a year of balancing medical college with Miss India preparations. Juggling her MBBS studies with beauty pageant training at AIIMS, she shared her journey on social media. From booking her first campaign to her initial surgery posting, she reflected on the challenges and successes of that time.
In a social media post, Manushi posted photos from a decade ago, recalling the year as a mix of college life and early shoots. She highlighted moments like her first campaign for Bose and her clinical posting in general surgery. Despite struggles with biochemistry, she humorously noted her family traits shining through in other aspects of her life.
Manushi Chhillar’s dedication paid off when she won the Femina Miss India World title in 2017, becoming the sixth Indian to be crowned Miss World after a 17-year gap. Transitioning to Bollywood, she made her debut in “Samrat Prithviraj” in 2022 alongside Akshay Kumar, portraying the role of Sanyogita. Her acting journey continued with films like “The Great Indian Family” and “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” culminating in her latest project, “Maalik,” where she stars alongside Rajkummar Rao.
