Mary Kom’s husband, Karung Onkholer, known as Onler, has refuted the accusations made by the Olympic bronze medallist regarding financial losses and property disputes. Onler revealed that Mary Kom was involved in extramarital relationships, dating back to 2013 with a junior boxer and later with an individual linked to the Mary Kom Boxing Academy.
He expressed his willingness for Mary Kom to move on but strongly objected to being publicly blamed for the issues. Onler challenged the claims of financial misconduct and highlighted his modest living conditions in contrast to the allegations of possessing large sums of money.
Onler emphasized the need for documentary evidence to support the accusations and clarified his decision to remove his wedding ring due to trust issues. He mentioned the challenges faced in their marriage, including financial accusations and personal habits, expressing deep hurt over the situation.
