A residential house in Greater Noida’s Sector Beta 1 faced a massive fire triggered by an air conditioner explosion, causing alarm among locals. The incident occurred at house number E-166, owned by Amit Kumar, around 10:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The fire originated on the first floor and quickly spread, giving occupants little time to react.

As the flames engulfed the building, the family members hurried downstairs to safety. The blaze rapidly intensified, consuming the entire house and destroying most belongings. Prompt action by area residents to contain the fire and alert the fire department led to the deployment of a fire tender, which successfully controlled the situation after a strenuous effort.

Fortunately, no injuries or fatalities were recorded in the incident. However, significant property damage was reported, with numerous household items lost in the fire. This event follows closely after a tragic fire in Delhi’s Vivek Vihar area on May 3, which claimed nine lives, including that of a toddler.
