Member of Parliament Rajesh Ranjan, known as Pappu Yadav, has strongly criticized the Bihar government, alleging that their claims of good governance are only on paper. Pappu Yadav specifically questioned the handling of the Gopal Khemka murder case, accusing the government of shielding influential criminals and diverting the investigation to protect the real culprits.
He demanded a high-level independent inquiry to uncover the truth and announced plans to disclose details about the Gopal Khemka and Rupesh murder cases in an upcoming press conference. Pappu Yadav also condemned the deteriorating conditions in education, healthcare, and employment in Bihar under the Nitish Kumar government. He criticized the government for manipulating statistics while citizens struggle for basic necessities, and accused the bureaucracy of functioning through corruption rather than governance.
Pappu Yadav called on political parties to enhance their approach in serving the people, emphasizing the need for a dual strategy within and outside the legislative assembly. He declared intentions to tour the state to devise a plan to challenge the government, affirming his commitment to serving the people despite any obstacles.
