In the Women’s Premier League clash, Mumbai Indians, led by Nat Sciver-Brunt’s 65 off 43 balls and Nicola Carey’s unbeaten 32 off 20 deliveries, scored 161/5 against UP Warriorz. Mumbai Indians struggled initially but showcased their batting depth in the final seven overs, adding 83 runs to their total.

UP Warriorz, despite controlling the middle overs, couldn’t contain Mumbai Indians’ late surge. The pressure now shifts to UP Warriorz’s batters to chase down the target set by Mumbai Indians.

Mumbai Indians had a slow start with a low Power-play score but recovered well with Sciver-Brunt and Carey’s explosive partnership. The duo’s aggressive batting approach in the later overs propelled Mumbai Indians to a competitive total.
