Prime Minister Narendra Modi revealed that Chola Copper Plates from the 11th Century will soon be brought back to India from the Netherlands. These plates, consisting of 21 large and 3 small ones, predominantly feature texts in Tamil, reflecting the legacy of Rajendra Chola I and King Rajaraja I. Modi expressed gratitude to the Netherlands government and Leiden University for safeguarding the plates for over a century.
