Hitendra Singh, a space enthusiast from Rajasthan, founded Spantrik, a startup focusing on reusable rocket systems. Selected as one of 10 innovators, Singh showcased his technology to PM Modi at the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue.
Modi’s interaction with young innovators emphasized India’s long-term space goals and the importance of the private sector. Singh praised the government’s support, including the Startup India Seed Fund, which granted Spantrik Rs 20 lakh for rocket engine development. PM Modi’s vision aims to bridge the gap between common citizens and space science, fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in sectors like space.
