Actor Pari Elavazhagan, known for his role in the acclaimed Tamil film ‘Jama’, has started filming his next project in Chennai with a traditional pooja ceremony. The film is a joint production of Million Dollar Studios and Neo Castle Creations.
Pari Elavazhagan, who is directing the film, has also written the story and screenplay and will be playing the lead role. The female lead, Ramya Ranganathan, known for her role in ‘Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam’, will star alongside him.
Former Andhra Pradesh Minister for Tourism, Culture, and Youth Development Roja will be making a comeback to the big screen after a hiatus of over 12 years in this film. The ensemble cast includes Chetan, YouTuber Gopi, Ismath Banu, and Sudharshan Gandhi in key roles.
The film boasts a skilled technical team with music by Bharath Sankar, cinematography by Shelley R Calist, and editing by Partha. The art direction team, led by Mahendran, and lyrics by Mohanrajan and Bakkiyam Sankar are also part of the project.
Set in Perambur, the film is designed as a family entertainer for audiences of all ages. Currently in production, the makers aim for a theatrical release in the summer.
