Union Minister for Civil Aviation K. Ram Mohan Naidu and Rajasthan Ministers praised the inauguration of the new terminal building at Jodhpur airport and the Pachpadra refinery by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They believe these developments will enhance connectivity with other cities and create job opportunities for Rajasthan’s youth.
Union Minister Ram Mohan Naidu commended PM Modi for fulfilling a long-standing aspiration of Jodhpur by inaugurating the new airport terminal. He emphasized the Prime Minister’s vision of expanding civil aviation benefits to boost the city’s economy, businesses, education sector, tourism, and society at large.
The Union Minister highlighted the cultural and architectural significance of the airport’s terminal building, reflecting the state’s heritage. He also acknowledged Union Tourism Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat’s pivotal role in the project’s success, ensuring timely completion and quality control of materials used.
Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Prem Chand Bairwa stated that the refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Pachpadra in Barmer district will meet the country’s fuel demands and create employment opportunities for the state’s youth and business prospects for traders. Rajasthan’s Parliamentary Affairs Minister Jogaram Patel expressed optimism, stating that these projects, including the refinery, Jodhpur airport, Jaipur Metro phase connectivity, and the Yamuna water agreement, are set to propel significant progress in the state under PM Modi’s leadership.
