Newly married Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda were pleasantly surprised on the set of their upcoming period film, “Ranabaali”. Upon their return post-wedding, the team welcomed them with a small celebration. Photos shared by Mythri Movie Makers depicted the couple cutting a large cake and receiving a bouquet from the team.
The post’s caption mentioned the couple’s return to the film set, with the team extending warm wishes through the celebration. Additionally, the film’s grand release worldwide is scheduled for September 11th, as announced in the post.
Director Rahul Sankrityan’s team recently completed a significant schedule of the movie in Rayalaseema, as revealed by the makers on social media. The team expressed gratitude for the love received from Rayalaseema during the shoot and hinted at the film’s unique storyline.
Vijay Deverakonda, in a video, shared his feelings about the shoot location, expressing a strong connection to Anantapur. Reports suggest that “Ranabaali” will explore untold events from the 1850s, aiming to correct historical misrepresentations by the British. The movie is not a biopic but a cinematic portrayal based on various authentic sources and hidden records.
The film marks the third collaboration between Rashmika and Vijay, who have previously appeared together in “Geetha Govindam” and “Dear Comrade”.
