The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed charges against another accused in the 2024 case involving bomb attacks on two Gurugram clubs by members of the Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) terror outfit. Ramdutt becomes the ninth accused to be charge-sheeted in connection with designated terrorist Satinderjit Singh alias Goldy Brar.
The NIA, in a supplementary charge sheet filed before its Special Court in Panchkula (Haryana), has established Ramdutt’s links with Goldy Brar’s close aide Rohit Godara and foreign-based gangster Randeep Malik. Ramdutt has been charged under relevant provisions of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for his involvement in the larger terror syndicate as a key facilitator.
Investigations by the NIA have revealed that Ramdutt provided a safe hideout near the Chambal area to a chargesheeted accused involved in the club bombings. The Warehouse Club and Human Club in Sector-29, Gurugram, were targeted on December 10, 2024, as part of a major conspiracy orchestrated by a wider network of operatives directed by overseas terror handlers. The NIA is actively pursuing the case to uncover other conspirators and disrupt the financial channels supporting the terror network in the region.
In December 2025, the NIA had also charge-sheeted three more accused – Vijay, Ajit Sehrawat, and Vinay – for their roles in planning and conspiring in the bombing incidents. These individuals were charged under relevant provisions of BNS, Explosive Substances Act, and UA (P) Act, with a supplementary charge sheet filed before the NIA Special Court in Panchkula (Haryana).
