Former Chief Minister and Rajya Sabha member Nitish Kumar extended his congratulations to Samrat Choudhary for being sworn in as the 24th Chief Minister of Bihar. This marks a new political era in the state with Choudhary becoming the first BJP leader to hold this position. Additionally, JD(U) leaders Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and Vijendra Prasad Yadav were appointed as Deputy Chief Ministers in the new cabinet.

Nitish Kumar took to social media to convey his best wishes to Samrat Choudhary on assuming office as the Chief Minister. He expressed confidence in Choudhary’s leadership, believing that Bihar will progress rapidly under his guidance and eventually become one of the most developed states in the country.

Following his resignation on April 14, Nitish Kumar reflected on his tenure and Bihar’s developmental journey.
