The National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) held a protest rally in Sambalpur, urging Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan to step down due to the NEET-UG paper leak and CBSE exam irregularities. Key figures like NSUI National In-charge Kanhaiya Kumar and Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee President Bhakta Charan Das participated in the rally. Kanhaiya Kumar criticized Pradhan for the exam-related issues, calling for his resignation.
NSUI members, along with Congress leaders, escorted the protest leaders to the venue in a grand procession. Kanhaiya Kumar lambasted Pradhan, labeling him “Leak Pradhan” and demanding accountability for the exam leaks. He emphasized the impact on students and urged Pradhan to resign for failing to manage the Education Ministry effectively.
The rally highlighted concerns over the government’s handling of exam irregularities and paper leaks.
