Deputy Chief Minister and Energy Minister Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo oversaw the signing ceremony, emphasizing the importance of combining renewable potential with expertise to meet clean energy goals. The partnership, with NIRL holding 51% equity and OREDA 49%, is set to drive sustainable industrial growth in Odisha.
