The Pakistan Cricket Board revealed the ODI and T20I squads for the women’s team set to tour South Africa starting on February 10 in Potchefstroom. Fatima Sana will lead both formats as they gear up for the ICC Women’s T20I World Cup 2026 in June.
The squads feature players like Aliya Riaz, Ayesha Zafar, Gull Feroza, Muneeba Ali, Nashra Sundhu, Natalia Parvaiz, Rameen Shamim, Sadia Iqbal, Sidra Amin, and Tasmia Rubab in both formats. Additionally, newcomers Saira Jabeen and Humna Bilal have earned their first T20I call-ups.
Notably, Ayesha, Gull, Tasmia, and Najiha Alvi have been included in the 15-member ODI squad after missing out on selection for the ODI World Cup. The squads also comprise players like Diana Baig, Sadaf Shamas, Syeda Aroob Shah, Tuba Hassan, and Eyman Fatima for specific formats.
The teams will kick off their pre-series training camp on February 1 at the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre in Karachi. The T20I matches will be held in Potchefstroom, Benoni, and Kimberley from February 10 to 16, all as day-night fixtures. The ODI series will commence with a warm-up match at Kimberley, followed by three ODIs in Bloemfontein, Centurion, and Durban from February 22 to March 1.
