The Patna Civil Court, on Tuesday, did not provide immediate relief to the two security guards working for Faisal Khan, also known as Khan Sir. The court was addressing a case related to disturbances, assaults, and a shooting incident connected to Khan Global Studies in Musallahpur Hat, Patna.

Reports indicate that Roshan Anand’s associates are preparing to file bail petitions. The situation escalated when Roshan Anand, recently released on bail, accused Faisal Khan and a cold storage owner of plotting his brother, Prince Yadav’s murder. Prince Yadav passed away under suspicious circumstances in a Biratnagar hotel room, currently under Nepal Police investigation.
Prince Yadav’s funeral took place late Monday night in Saharsa, attended by numerous locals and supporters. His family continues to seek justice, expressing deep trauma over his demise and undergoing treatment. In Nepal, five of Prince Yadav’s associates have been detained for questioning in connection with the investigation.
The controversy has evolved politically, with Opposition Leader Tejashwi Yadav urging a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry into Prince Yadav’s death. He has written to Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary, emphasizing the need for a thorough and unbiased investigation due to the circumstances surrounding the incident.
