In a separate call, PM Modi discussed with Oman Sultan Haitham bin Tariq the importance of dialogue and diplomacy for de-escalation and restoring peace. They condemned the violation of Oman’s sovereignty and appreciated efforts to ensure the safe return of individuals, including Indians. PM Modi also conversed with Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, emphasizing the shared commitment to de-escalation and restoring peace in West Asia through dialogue and diplomacy.
