During the night of December 28-29, Lavrov claimed that Ukraine initiated a terrorist attack using 91 long-range strike unmanned aerial vehicles on Putin’s state residence in Novgorod Region. US President Donald Trump disclosed having a positive and productive telephonic conversation with Russian President Putin before meeting Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Florida to discuss a new peace plan for Ukraine. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed the phone call between Putin and Trump, as reported by Xinhua news agency.
