Having served in various ministerial capacities, Pradhan became the Union Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas in 2017 and later took on the role of Union Minister for Education. He has been instrumental in driving the implementation of NEP 2020, focusing on enhancing education quality and promoting skill-based training for better employability.
