PM Modi noted the successful arrival of ships carrying crucial commodities in recent days and reiterated India’s commitment to securing essential imports.
PM Modi reiterated the government’s commitment to supporting farmers by ensuring adequate fertilizers for the upcoming sowing season. He assured farmers of the government’s unwavering support in navigating any crisis. The Prime Minister emphasized India’s preparedness in managing energy supplies, citing the country’s diversified energy imports, strategic petroleum reserves, and enhanced refining capacity.
Underlining the government’s priority on ensuring the safety of Indian citizens, PM Modi highlighted the successful repatriation of over 3,72,000 Indians since the conflict began. He specifically mentioned the safe return of more than 1,000 Indians from Iran. PM Modi affirmed the government’s dedicated efforts to provide necessary assistance to affected families during this challenging period.
