During his engagements, PM Modi interacted with Arthur Mensch, Co-founder and CEO of Mistral AI, discussing the burgeoning AI landscape in India. Mensch expressed keen interest in collaboration with Indian entities to enhance innovation and AI capabilities. Additionally, PM Modi met with Martin Sion, CEO of Alstom, focusing on opportunities in mobility and railway modernization.
Furthermore, the Prime Minister engaged with Benoit Bazin, Chairman and CEO of Saint-Gobain, exploring prospects in the materials and construction domain with a sustainable approach. These discussions highlighted the significant investments and manufacturing footprint of Alstom and Saint-Gobain in India, contributing to job creation and sectoral growth.
PM Modi stressed the importance of the India-France partnership for global progress, underscoring the role of the diaspora in strengthening bilateral relations.
