Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Uttar Pradesh on December 25 to mark the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee. During the visit, PM Modi will inaugurate Rashtra Prerna Sthal in Lucknow at around 2:30 p.m. The event will include a public address by the Prime Minister.
Rashtra Prerna Sthal, developed as a national memorial, is a tribute to Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s life and legacy. The complex, built at a cost of approximately Rs 230 crore across 65 acres, aims to promote leadership values, cultural awareness, and public inspiration. It features bronze statues of prominent leaders and a museum showcasing India’s national journey.
The site, previously a garbage dump, was transformed into a sprawling park through significant efforts. The inauguration of Rashtra Prerna Sthal signifies a commitment to preserving ideals of leadership and governance. It is envisioned to inspire current and future generations with its message of selfless service and good governance.
