President Droupadi Murmu oversaw the celebrations, unfurling the national flag and leading the nation in commemorating the day. European Council President Antonio Costa and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen were present as Chief Guests. Operation Sindoor, showcasing military strength, was a highlight of the parade.
The Tri-Services tableau themed ‘Operation Sindoor: Victory Through Jointness’ symbolized the unity of the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force. The success of Operation Sindoor was highlighted at the Integrated Operational Centre, emphasizing inter-service coordination and local support. The operation showcased a fusion of ‘VIRASAT, VIVIDHTA AUR VIKAS’ in safeguarding the nation’s security.
