The police in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district have attached an immovable property owned by Rafiq Nai, also known as Sultan, a Pakistan-based terror handler and launch commander, under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. This action is part of efforts to combat terror networks operating from across the border. The property, located in Village Nar, Nakka Majhari area of Mendhar tehsil, comprises agricultural land totaling four marlas and two sarsai.
Police revealed that Rafiq Nai alias Sultan, son of Mohd Afsar, a local resident, is actively involved in various illicit activities. He is associated with the banned terrorist groups Tahreek-ul-Mujahideen and Jammu Kashmir Ghaznavi Force. Rafiq Nai is known for supervising narcotics and weapons smuggling, aiding terrorist infiltration, and trying to revive terrorist operations in the Poonch–Rajouri sector.
