Dr. Madhu Chopra also reminisced about her late husband by posting throwback pictures, including moments by the seaside and at social gatherings.
Priyanka’s parents, both medical professionals in the Indian Army, shared a close bond with her father, Dr. Ashok Chopra, passing away in 2013 after battling cancer. Priyanka has expressed the profound influence her father had on her life, evident in her “Daddy’s lil girl” tattoo in his handwriting and the tribute to him on her wedding gown during her marriage to Nick Jonas in 2018. She has also mentioned her father’s favorite film, “Barfi!” in various interviews.
On the work front, Priyanka is preparing for her upcoming Hollywood movie, “The Bluff,” and the highly anticipated Indian film “Varanasi” by SS Rajamouli, alongside South star Mahesh Babu, scheduled for release in January 2027.
