Punjabi actor and producer Gippy Grewal, awaiting the release of “Carry On Jatta 4,” recently revealed his journey from struggles to stardom. Initially, his music albums did not succeed, leading him to take on various odd jobs. After marrying his girlfriend, he moved to Canada, where he and his wife worked hard to build a new life.
Grewal reminisced, “After my marriage, I moved to Canada and took up multiple jobs.” Starting as a security guard, he later juggled delivering newspapers in the mornings and working at a mall in the evenings with his wife, who was a Subway manager. Their shared experiences during these jobs strengthened their bond and fueled their aspirations.
Reflecting on their challenging times, Grewal shared, “We would discuss our plans, save money, and eventually, I produced my album.” The actor’s journey from humble beginnings to success highlights the importance of perseverance and teamwork in overcoming obstacles.
The “Carry On Jatta” film series, known for its comedic chaos, will see its fourth installment released on June 26. The franchise, which began in 2012, continues to entertain audiences with its blend of humor, mistaken identities, and family entanglements.
