Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma highlighted the importance of youth engagement in achieving a “Developed Rajasthan,” stating that the energy and vigor of the youth are fundamental to the progress of both the state and the nation.
Speaking at a pre-budget discussion with students from various educational institutions, Sharma expressed that the vision of a Developed India and Rajasthan can be realized through the dynamism of the youth. He extended greetings on National Youth Day, citing Swami Vivekananda as a source of inspiration for the youth to persevere in their pursuits.
Sharma affirmed that as the youth advance, so does the state and the nation. He reiterated the government’s commitment to fulfilling the aspirations of young people, with a focus on inclusive development and a youth-centric budget to propel Rajasthan’s growth.
Taking a critical stance on past administrations, CM Sharma emphasized the government’s actions against paper leaks and highlighted the significant strides made in youth employment. He disclosed plans for extensive job creation in both government and private sectors, aiming to generate over one crore job opportunities for the youth in the next five years.
Under the Rising Rajasthan initiative, the government has received substantial investment proposals, with a focus on skill development to empower the youth. Sharma also outlined key infrastructure projects and advancements in the power sector, signaling a move towards self-sufficiency in electricity production.
