Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma recently launched and laid the foundation for 213 development initiatives totaling Rs 607.66 crore in Bandikui, Dausa district. These projects were unveiled on the occasion of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule’s birth anniversary. Sharma highlighted Phule’s dedication to uplifting marginalized groups like women, farmers, and laborers. He also praised PM Narendra Modi for continuing Phule’s mission, fostering social unity and progress in India.
Sharma, during a program in Bandikui, commemorated Mahatma Jyotiba Phule’s 200th birth anniversary by inaugurating various development schemes. He noted historical figures like Mahatma Gandhi and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar’s admiration for Phule’s social reform efforts. Phule’s advocacy for social justice, education for the underprivileged, and women’s empowerment were emphasized by Sharma.
Inspired by Phule’s vision, PM Modi’s welfare schemes have significantly impacted the lives of marginalized communities, Dalits, and women. Initiatives such as PM Awas Yojana, Swachh Bharat Mission, and others have uplifted millions out of poverty. The state government, under Sharma’s leadership, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the underprivileged, farmers, youth, and women.
