Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma criticized the Congress party during a state-level workshop in Jaipur. He accused the Opposition of spreading confusion and misinformation, stating that the Congress has adopted lying and rumor-mongering as its political strategy. Sharma highlighted the contrast between Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s initiatives inspired by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya and the Congress leaders’ tendency to criticize every public welfare program.
The Chief Minister further claimed that the Congress creates confusion on various issues such as the CAA, EVMs, and SIR. He mentioned the controversy surrounding the name VB-G RAM G, emphasizing that the Congress even objects to names. Sharma defended the project, explaining that it was named Ram Jal Setu by combining elements from Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
Sharma launched a scathing attack on the Congress, accusing the party of hollowing out the country through appeasement and corruption since Independence. He praised the current era under Modi’s leadership, asserting a zero-tolerance policy towards corruption. The Chief Minister urged party workers to spread awareness about the government’s initiatives, emphasizing the employment opportunities provided under Modi’s administration.
Highlighting the state government’s achievements, Sharma emphasized its commitment to employment generation. He mentioned the significant number of youths employed, ongoing recruitments, and the release of a recruitment calendar for various posts. Sharma also addressed paper leak cases, stating that around 400 individuals are currently in jail and challenging the Congress to determine their significance.
