The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has decided to cancel the Sub-Inspector/Platoon Commander Recruitment Examination-2021. This decision follows a recommendation from the state government, with plans to conduct a fresh exam. Only 383,097 candidates who appeared for both question papers during the previous exam held in September 2021 will be eligible for the re-conducted examination.
Candidates have been given an opportunity to rectify and update their application forms between May 16 and May 30. They can make corrections to details such as their mobile number, email address, and correspondence address during this period. Before making any changes, candidates must complete the KYC process within their One Time Registration (OTR) profile.
Applicants are advised to visit the Commission’s website for detailed instructions. The recruitment drive will proceed for the same 859 posts, and candidates must open the application form in “edit mode” even if no amendments are required. It is mandatory for candidates to declare if no changes are needed and provide consent for using the data stored in their OTR profile.
Officials emphasize that candidates’ eligibility criteria, including age, reservation status, and educational qualifications, will be based on their status at the time of application submission in 2021. Any modifications to these details will not be considered valid. Regular updates on the recruitment process can be found on the Commission’s official website and recruitment portal.
