The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has released the final results of the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services Combined Competitive Examination-2024 (RAS 2024), with Dinesh Bishnoi from Bhalisar village in Dhorymanna tehsil of Barmer district achieving Rank 1 in the state. Dinesh Bishnoi’s success story is a testament to his determination and hard work, overcoming challenges despite limited resources and rural background. His achievement highlights that excellence can be attained through dedication and discipline, even without access to major coaching centers or urban amenities.
The announcement of the results led to celebrations in Bhalisar village as family members, friends, and villagers gathered to commemorate this proud moment. The success of candidates from the Marwar region was also notable, with many aspirants ranking in the top 20 positions. Dinesh Bishnoi’s triumph has brought recognition to Barmer, enhancing its reputation in the education sector.
The RPSC demonstrated efficiency in conducting the examination process this year. The interview phase, held for 2,461 candidates from December 1, 2025, to April 17, 2026, concluded just a day before the final results were declared on April 18. Out of 2,391 candidates, against 1,096 vacancies (428 in State Services and 668 in Subordinate Services), who made it to the merit list. Dinesh Bishnoi’s success story has inspired numerous aspirants in Rajasthan, especially those hailing from rural areas, emphasizing that success is not bound by geography or resources but by perseverance and hard work.
