Filmmaker Rakesh Roshan celebrated his grandson Hridhan Roshan’s 18th birthday with a heartfelt note, calling him his favorite young man. Sharing a photo with Hridhan, Rakesh penned a simple Instagram caption marking the special occasion. Hridhan is the son of Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan, who got married in 2000 and later parted ways in 2013.
Rakesh Roshan, known for his work in numerous films from the 1970s and 1980s, has an impressive career as a filmmaker. He has directed popular movies like the Krrish film series, Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai, and Karan Arjun. Meanwhile, Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for his directorial debut with ‘Krrish 4’, a franchise he has been associated with for over two decades.
Apart from his film projects, Hrithik Roshan is venturing into the OTT space as a producer with the upcoming thriller “Storm” in collaboration with Prime Video. The film, set in Mumbai, will mark Hrithik’s foray into digital production. Directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ajitpal Singh, known for his work on the series “Tabbar,” “Storm” is set to commence production soon.
