The producer, Namit Malhotra, emphasized Rama’s enduring legacy, rooted in his sacrifices and unwavering commitment to duty. The film, a two-part cinematic universe, boasts a star-studded cast including Sai Pallavi, Yash, and Amitabh Bachchan, among others.
“Hans Zimmer and A. R. Rahman are collaborating on the music for ‘Ramayana’,” adding a grandeur to the project. The movie, set to be a live-action spectacle, will feature top Hollywood stunt directors choreographing epic battle sequences. Scheduled for an IMAX release, ‘Ramayana’ will premiere in two parts, with Part 1 hitting theaters in Diwali 2026 and Part 2 in Diwali 2027.
