Reality star Helen Flanagan has recently sold her six-bedroom home in Bolton, Lancashire, after reducing the price multiple times over the course of a year. The 35-year-old actress had lived in the house for years following her split from ex-partner Scott Sinclair.
Initially listed at around $2 million, the property’s price was dropped to $1.6 million within four weeks of being on the market. Despite Helen investing $200,000 in renovations, the house struggled to attract buyers.
After further price reductions, the home eventually sold for $1.2 million in May, with documents showing a final reduction of $66,700. Helen, who shares three children with her ex, expressed sadness over the sale, citing financial reasons on her ex-partner’s part.
