Highly-regarded cricket commentators like Ravi Shastri, Nasser Hussain, Ian Smith, and Ian Bishop will lead the commentary panel for the upcoming 10th edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup set to begin in India and Sri Lanka on February 7. The panel will also include former T20 World Cup champions such as Aaron Finch, Dinesh Karthik, Kumar Sangakkara, Samuel Badree, Robin Uthappa, and Carlos Brathwaite.

In addition to the esteemed lineup, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced that current players like Temba Bavuma from South Africa, who captained the ICC World Test Championship-winning team, and Angelo Mathews, a former T20 World Cup winner, will also provide commentary during the 55 matches of the tournament. Team India, the defending champions, will be looking to secure their third T20 World Cup title and defend their current title.

India, considered a top contender for the tournament, has been in exceptional form, winning 48 out of their last 56 T20I matches since October 2023, including a recent dominant series victory against New Zealand. The Indian team will commence their campaign on February 7 with a group-stage match against the USA at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
