India’s esports and gaming content provider, S8UL, has secured a spot in the Honour of Kings World Cup (KWC) at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026 after dominating the King’s Arise India Qualifier. The team, comprising players from India, Nepal, and China, emerged victorious in the playoffs, guaranteeing a chance to compete for a USD 3 million prize pool from July 30 to August 8.
S8UL’s lineup, led by players like Saad Sardar, Hayrambh Monga, and others, clinched their qualification by defeating top teams in the playoffs. The team will now face Revenant XSpark in the grand finals on May 17 to determine the champions of the India qualifier, showcasing their dedication and teamwork.
Saurabh Jagadale, known as Kael, expressed pride in the team’s achievement, emphasizing the hard work and unity that propelled them to success. S8UL’s qualification for the Honour of Kings World Cup marks a significant milestone, with a focus now on rigorous preparation to compete against the world’s best teams in Riyadh.
S8UL’s recent success extends beyond Honour of Kings, with the organization also participating in various other esports titles. Despite narrowly missing out on some qualifications, S8UL has shown strength in Fortnite and Honour of Kings, highlighting a commitment to fostering Indian talent alongside international expertise.
