Actor Sanjay Mishra, gearing up for the release of ‘Vadh 2’, has endorsed Arijit Singh’s choice to retire from playback singing. Mishra, in a recent interview, expressed agreement with Singh’s decision, highlighting the necessity of solitude for artists at the pinnacle of their careers. He emphasized the importance of making the right decisions to avoid regrets in the future.

Arijit Singh, in a heartfelt announcement, revealed his retirement from playback singing, expressing gratitude for his journey in the music industry. Singh, known for his soulful voice, is reportedly venturing into directing films, following his directorial debut in 2018 with the Bengali movie ‘Sa’. ‘Vadh 2’ starring Sanjay Mishra is scheduled for release on February 6, 2026.
