Satish Poonia, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Haryana in-charge and former Rajasthan BJP president, was sworn in as a Rajya Sabha member on Monday. Poonia expressed that this moment marked a significant milestone in his public life, attributing his journey from a village in Rajasthan to the Upper House to the support of party leaders, guidance from Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and the dedication of BJP workers.
