The fatal collision occurred on National Highway-130, near Chotiya, under the Bango police station’s jurisdiction. Tyagi, a senior official recently promoted to a key leadership role, suffered critical injuries in the high-speed crash.
Tyagi, a respected figure in the coal sector known for his technical expertise and strategic acumen, was swiftly taken to Apollo Hospital for emergency medical care after the collision. Despite the medical team’s efforts, he succumbed to his injuries upon arrival.
