Global pop icon Shakira is set to make a comeback to India after almost two decades. The Colombian superstar will hold concerts in Mumbai on April 10 and in Delhi on April 15, making it the first time she performs in two cities during the same tour. The tickets for these shows are managed exclusively by District by Zomato.

Shakira’s last performance in India dates back to 2007 during her Oral Fixation Tour in Mumbai. This year’s visit will mark nearly 20 years since she last graced the Indian stage. Expressing her excitement about returning, Shakira mentioned that performing in India has always been a special experience for her. She looks forward to connecting with her fans in Mumbai and Delhi during the Feeding India Concert, emphasizing the importance of ensuring every child has access to proper nutrition.

Having a music career that spans over three decades, Shakira remains one of the top-selling music artists globally. Starting her musical journey in the early 1990s, she gained worldwide fame with hits like “Whenever, Wherever,” “Hips Don’t Lie,” “Waka Waka (This Time for Africa),” “She Wolf,” “La Tortura,” and “Beautiful Liar,” among others. Shakira, a recipient of multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy Awards, continues to maintain a massive global fan base at 49 years old.
