She disclosed that she refrained from speaking out due to an agreement with the show’s makers.
In a recent podcast, Shilpa revealed that she had falsely accused the producer but stayed silent for nine years. She clarified that the decision to remain quiet was based on an understanding with the show’s production team not to discuss the issue publicly. Shilpa emphasized that her silence was not out of fear but due to a prior commitment.
When questioned about her silence, Shilpa stated that she was ready to share her side of the story earlier but had agreed not to disclose anything to the media. She highlighted that the accusations against her, such as demanding more and throwing clothes, were untrue and aimed at pressuring her to sign a contract due to the show’s popularity.
Shilpa emphasized her stance against injustice and mentioned that she has faced consequences for standing up for what is right. Despite losing projects, she remains firm in her principles. Shilpa also shared that her recent revelations were an attempt to find a resolution to the situation she had been in.
