Shiv Sena MP Jyoti Waghmare criticized Chief Uddhav Thackeray, accusing him of changing allegiance after sharing a flight with Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis. Waghmare highlighted the departure of six MPs from Shiv Sena-UBT to join Eknath Shinde for Maharashtra’s development. She emphasized the need for Shiv Sena-UBT to reflect on the reasons for members leaving the party.
Waghmare further criticized Shiv Sena-UBT for prioritizing Aditya Thackeray’s political career over party workers and the public. She questioned Uddhav Thackeray’s sudden camaraderie with Fadnavis, citing past derogatory remarks made against him. Waghmare expressed disbelief at the political shifts, likening them to a chameleon’s color changes.
In response to images of Thackeray and Fadnavis together on a flight, Waghmare questioned the sincerity of their newfound unity. Uddhav Thackeray hinted at significant discussions with Fadnavis during their flight to Nagpur. He assured that details of their meeting would be disclosed soon, sparking political speculation.
