A delegation representing the Dargah of Hazrat Khwaja Moinuddin Hasan Chishty and other significant Dargahs in India visited the Iran Cultural House in New Delhi and the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Led by Haji Syed Salman Chishty, the delegation expressed heartfelt condolences on the martyrdom of Grand Ayatollah Imam Ali Khamenei.
During their visit to the Iran Cultural House, the delegation met with representatives including Hujjatul Islam Hakim Ilahi and Shyakh Ziai. They later proceeded to the Embassy of Iran, where they met Deputy High Commissioner Agha Hossaini sb and offered condolences by writing messages in the official Book of Condolences.
The Sufi delegation, comprising various members from different Dargahs, exchanged messages of respect, solidarity, and gratitude with the Iranian representatives. They offered special prayers for global peace and the well-being of Iranian civilians affected by conflicts, emphasizing the longstanding spiritual and cultural ties between India and Iran.
The delegation called for a condemnation of aggression and war crimes against innocent civilians, urging global leaders to prioritize justice, restraint, and peaceful dialogue. They concluded by offering prayers from Ajmer Sharif for the departed soul and for peace and stability in Iran and other conflict-affected regions.
