Actress Tanishaa Mukerji recently shared a nostalgic post, acknowledging the profound impact her family has had on her perception of the film industry. She expressed gratitude for her family’s rich cinematic legacy and reposted a video featuring the iconic song ‘Yeh Raatein Yeh Mausam’ sung by Kishore Kumar and picturised on Nutan. The timeless classic song is from the movie ‘Dilli Ka Thug’, starring Nutan and Kishore Kumar.

Tanishaa Mukerji highlighted the significance of legendary stars Nutan and Kishore Kumar in shaping her views on the film industry. She marveled at how her family background, deeply rooted in Bollywood, has influenced her perspective. The actress paid tribute to her illustrious lineage by sharing a video of the evergreen song that continues to resonate with audiences across generations.

Nutan, a revered figure in Hindi cinema during the 1950s to 1970s, was known for her exceptional performances in movies like ‘Bandini’, ‘Sujata’, and ‘Seema’. She left a lasting impact on the industry before her untimely demise in 1991. Kishore Kumar, celebrated as a versatile genius, remains a legendary figure in Indian cinema known for his iconic songs like ‘Roop Tera Mastana’ and ‘Mere Sapno Ki Rani’.

Tanishaa Mukerji belongs to a distinguished film family with a legacy spanning generations. Her grandmother, Shobhana Samarth, and aunt, Nutan, were leading stars of their time in Bollywood. Her mother, Tanuja, and sister, Kajol, are also renowned actresses in the industry.
