Director Koratala Siva’s much-anticipated action film, tentatively known as #NBK112 and starring Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna, started filming in Amaravati with a grand pooja ceremony. The movie, produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri and Sudhakar Mikkilineni under SLV Cinemas and Yuvasudha Arts, was officially launched amidst a traditional pooja ceremony in Amaravati.
The launch event had Andhra Pradesh Ministers Nara Lokesh and Kandula Durgesh as chief guests, with the presence of numerous popular celebrities. Suresh Babu, Gopichand Malineni, Venkata Satish Kilaru, and Sahu Garapati also attended the ceremony, handing over the script to the filmmakers.
Nara Lokesh expressed gratitude to Balakrishna for involving him in the event, emphasizing the government’s commitment, under Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, to boost the film industry in Amaravati. He highlighted the vision to promote a creator economy and develop top-notch infrastructure and facilities to support the industry’s growth.
Director Koratala Siva thanked Ministers Nara Lokesh and Kandula Durgesh for their presence, expressing his admiration for Balakrishna and the opportunity to direct him. Balakrishna, in turn, appreciated the support from the government and industry stakeholders, emphasizing the film’s significance for Andhra Pradesh’s film industry development.
