Three individuals from Rajasthan tragically lost their lives in a fire at the Flourish Stay Hotel in Malviya Nagar, Delhi. The victims included Javari Lal Agarwal, a retired UCO Bank manager from Ajmer, his wife Kamala Agarwal, and Ashok Pansari, a marble businessman from Kishangarh.
The trio had traveled to Delhi to visit a relative at Max Hospital and were staying at the hotel when the fire occurred. The incident has shocked their families, friends, and neighbors, especially since the couple had recently celebrated Kamala Agarwal’s birthday just two days before the tragedy.
Family friend Rajendra Prasad revealed that the couple had joyfully celebrated Kamala Agarwal’s birthday on June 1 before heading to Delhi. The couple’s daughter, Deepa Agarwal, informed relatives and neighbors about the fire after learning of the incident.
Deepa initially informed Rajendra Prasad about her mother’s death, and later, the family received confirmation of Javari Lal’s demise. The couple’s son, Sachin Agarwal, who works as a software engineer at Google in the U.S., has returned to India upon hearing the news.
The loss is deeply felt by Rajendra Prasad, who had a close friendship with Javari Lal since their time working together at UCO Bank. The Agarwal couple, known for their community involvement through the Lions Club, was remembered by club members and locals for their warm-hearted nature and active participation in society.
The third victim, Ashok Pansari, had traveled to Delhi to check on his uncle’s health at Max Hospital. His family, including his wife, sons, and daughter, was devastated by the tragic incident that took place while he was staying at the hotel.
As the news of the tragedy spread, both Ajmer and Kishangarh mourned the loss of these three individuals who had embarked on a compassionate journey to Delhi but unfortunately never returned home.
