A three-year-old girl was tragically discovered dead in a sack near her home in Quaidabad, Malir district, Karachi, Pakistan. The victim, known as ‘K’, went missing while playing outside her house. Her body was found in a sack on a street close to her residence after a search by her family.
Police have taken the girl’s body for medico-legal procedures, confirming that she was sexually assaulted. The exact cause of death will be determined after a chemical examination. Sindh’s Home Minister has instructed the police to use modern scientific methods to capture the culprits.
Authorities suspect that the assault and murder occurred near the victim’s home. Police have conducted searches in nearby homes and collected residents’ information for further investigation. Several suspects have been detained, and samples are being collected for analysis.
