One of Atlanta’s best Indian restaurants, The Yellow Chilli of Georgia, has done something most Indian restaurants in America rarely attempt.

They’ve raised the bar—again.

With the launch of their latest menu, the Johns Creek / Alpharetta location is pushing Indian cuisine forward in a way that feels confident, modern, and thoughtfully innovative—without losing its roots.

Led by the culinary vision of Sanjeev Kapoor and the passionate stewardship of franchise owners Harshad Bhandare and Monika Bhandare, this menu reflects what Indian food in America can be when creativity isn’t held back.

We won’t reveal all the new additions—because we don’t want to spoil the surprise.

But there are two dishes already at the top of our list for the next visit, and we encourage you to try them too:

Pesto Paneer Tikka
A fresh, unexpected take that feels globally inspired while staying unmistakably Indian.

Kabab Waali Sabzi
A bold, technique-driven dish that reimagines vegetables through the richness and depth of kebab flavors.

Both sound unique.
Both feel new.
And both signal a clear shift in how Indian cuisine is evolving in the U.S.

We’ve experienced the new menu ourselves.
We can vouch for it.
And we’re confident you’ll enjoy it as much as we did.

This isn’t just a menu update.
It’s a statement.

Indian cuisine in America doesn’t need to play safe anymore—and The Yellow Chilli of Georgia is proving it. 🌶️

By the way, if you can’t make it in right away, you can also order online through The Yellow Chilli of Georgia’s website and mobile app at https://theyellowchilliatlanta.com/
